The cold air feed is drawn in from the scuttle panel, this maximises the density charge of air entering the turbo intake. A perfect upgrade to compliment this is our Abarth specific inlet duct, FMINLD3. This combination of temperature and density gave us an 8bhp increase on our test cars as well as an incredible induction noise. It will put a smile on your face not only when you feel the power gains, but also when you open the bonnet and see this beautiful product sat in your engine bay.
Our intakes/induction kits are a great and effective upgrade to your vehicle. This intake comes with a carbon fibre housing. To ensure we deliver the best quality products we can, and following the extensive design and development of our intake range, we enlist the services of one the world’s leading carbon fibre manufacturers, who’s products range from F1 aero, carbon fibre car bodies, and aircraft wings!
Our intakes maximise the density charge of cold air for increased performance, as well as give a great sound, and enhance the aesthetics of your engine bay. When it comes to the filtration part of the intakes, there is no point creating such an efficient system for it then to be restricted by the OEM hose and filter. Therefore, for the filters, we engage one of our partners and experts in filtration control, Pipercross or RamAir! Additional parts such as aluminium piping are hand fabricated and polished, and the hoses are fluorosilicone for maximum longevity. This kit for the Fiat 500/595/695 comes with everything you need for the installation. It uses a high flow filter, available in either a foam (FMPK371) or pleated option (FMINDF500RCP). The aluminium components are skilfully hand fabricated in our UK headquarters.

The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited 10 Year Warranty (brakes pads excluded). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

Can you explain whether I would "need" the Inlet Duct? I have 2016 Abarth 595 stage 1 map. What does the inlet duct do? I don't want to buy without it and start installing and realise I need it.
The inlet duct is not needed to install the FMINDF500, but it is a nice/recommended upgrade to optimise the intake airflow.

Hi Gavin,
there is no real performance benefit. We started using pleated as we found customers living in sandy environments were find the sand deteriorate the foam filter.
Hello. I’m interested to buy the intake kit and the intercooler upgrade for my 2021 595 competizione. But I have couple questions first. First are those upgrades suitable for non remap ecu? Yes this product works fine with standard software and with tuned vehicles. Regarding your warranty we have many customers running our intakes with cars under fiat warranty, however you would need to speak with your dealer to see if it is covered.
