Product Description

We recommend servicing your valve every 3 years, or 20,000 miles, whichever comes sooner

Designed specifically for the AMG A35 enthusiast Forge Motorsport are proud to release another Mercedes performance enhancement available in either atmospheric or recirculating versions.

Developed and manufactured in Great Britain this product comprises of a 100% billet piston solenoid operated valve that integrates seamlessly with the OEM electronics resulting in absolutely no fault codes, no check engine lights, and no detriment to the performance of the vehicle in any way. These valves are engineered to remedy the failure issues experienced with the OEM solenoid valves when the diaphragm or plastic piston fails which would effectively result in a boost leak.

With the A35 AMG gaining popularity within the tuning industry the forge valves are a must, they ensure that reliability and performance are the number one priority, further allowing the tuning of your A35 AMG.

Forge valves use full billet alloy construction with a piston based internal design that provides significantly improved reliability, lightning fast response and will withstand additional tuning upgrades.

We recommend that you give yourself around 3 hours for the installation of this Forge product.

Warranty

10 Year Warranty Information

The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited 10 Year Warranty (brakes pads excluded). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

For further information, please call our customer service team on +49(0)3222/1097-308 or email info@forgemotorsport.eu.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

Hi do you do a dump valve for a a45s+ amg 2020 w177

Hello , I’m sorry we do not offer a valve for the model in question

Hello, will this valve be any good for my a35 which has 1.5-1.6 bar boost as it is currently going into limp mode with stock valve, and is recirc valve or dump valve better for my car, currently pushing 370 and 500nm at stage 1

Hello , our valve solution will work fine with the power you are running,we would recommend using the supplied upgraded spring before installation, please also unsure the valve lid is fully tightened once the spring is changed, there is no difference in performance between the atmospheric or recirculating and purely down to if you would like a silent operation or a woosh when the throttle is lifted with the atmospheric valve.

Hi, Ever since I fit my blow off valve the turbo spool up swooshing sound has disappeared, it used to make a really nice spool up sound as I've got an eventuri induction kit on, but now it's dead silent, although I don't feel any power loss and the blow off valve seems to work fine. Can you help?

please check the installation to ensure all is fitted correctly , fitting a forge valve will not change the intake acoustics unless the previous noise before the forge valve was fitted may have been faulty oem valve hence the noise.
