Product Description
A set of four silicone boost hoses for the VW T5 van fitted with the 2500cc engine with code AXE or AXD - in a choice of black, blue, or red, and supplied with alloy bayonet style couplers for ease of installation. This means the original hoses do not have to be cut.
Please check your engine code. This hose kit is not suitable for engine code BNZ or BPC. For these engines codes you will need FMKTVWT5
Some engines need this extra bayonet coupler. If you do need this coupler, you should purchase FMT5TBHC
You can tell by looking at the hose that goes directly onto the turbo - if it has a long coupler you do NOT need to purchase this extra coupler.
- The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone.
- This means the hoses are suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) or air containing oil mist.
- The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments, and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically

The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited 10 Year Warranty (brakes pads excluded). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

Hello , these will fit the evo1 intercooler as this uses the OEM hoses , not the Wagner evo 2 which comes with its own Wagner hoses ,
so if the Wagner cooler you currently have uses OEM hoses yes the forge items will fit, if the cooler you have has aftermarket hoses I’m sorry the forge hoses are not compatible.
