The Forge Motorsport dump valve for the 2015-on 1.2 TSI engine codes CJZA, CJZC, CJZD, CYVB as found in the Skoda Fabia, Skoda Octavia, VW Golf, VW Polo, Audi A1, Audi A3, Seat Ibiza and Seat Leon. The 1.2 and 1.4 TSI doesn’t have a dump valve from the factory, so this product allows you to have the traditional dump valve noise between gear changes and when letting off the gas pedal. It won’t bring on any check engine lights and the car will drive just as before.

This Forge valve set up is designed to fit with the standard intake. We cannot guarantee it will fit with all aftermarket intakes. This will not fit the VW Golf GTE. The supplied blanking plug should be fitted if your car does not have a secondary breather. Please note this kit is only compatible with models that do not have a standard turbo mounted diverter valve. Earlier models that have a turbo mounted diverter valve as standard require the kit with part number FMDVA1TSI and FMDVATSI.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

No the FMDV1 is not compatible with the 6j era models; if you have the twin charged model then the correct blow off valve part number is FMDVATSI, otherwise the turbocharged only models are compatible with the blow off valve with part number FMFSITAT.

Will this decrease the performance of my car? Because Audi/Vw recirculate the boost to lower turbo lag. The ecu is expecting this. By venting it all to the atmosphere you’ll mess up fuel trims and it won’t run as well?
No; more specifically the associated models have inbuilt recirculation that stays insitu, and works in conjunction with the Forge blow off valve. Otherwise (in other models) blow off valves simply replace the stock recirculation valve function, both types releasing pressure to keep the turbo spooled up between gear changes.
