This part needs the additional hose FMKT038 to fit automatic transmission vehicles
Designed for the Fiat 500 Abarth T-jet, and also fitting the Fiat 595 and Fiat 695, this front mounting intercooler comes with all associated hoses, pipes, and fittings, that replaces the existing side mounted intercoolers. This unit was developed to be suitable for those running standard turbos and ECU software and also those with larger turbo conversions.
Whilst the factory set up using the two intercoolers in parallel is reasonably efficient, the removal of the long lengths of small-bore pipework, quickly lowers the circuit resistance, allowing you to benefit from the true capabilities of the turbocharger.
Our development engineers have managed to increase the intercooler surface area by 100% and also increase the volume by 22%. This improvement along with sitting the intercooler at the front of the vehicle to maximise air flow and cooling efficiency, we really do have winner! This kit is available with red or black silicone hoses. Please select the colour required in the options above.

The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited 10 Year Warranty (brakes pads excluded). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

good morning, please if possible how much is the litres of the intercooler compared to the standard or other manufacturers and is it also possible to get blue piping just like your induction kit?
The combined litre volume of the stock intercoolers is 3.8L vs the 5L Forge Motorsport intercooler (1.2L bigger). Apart from the increased volume the cooling surface is double that of the combined stock intercooler surface area and is ideally located to for optimal use of the added cooling surface; also benefitting from better than standard flow properties (single core vs staggered positioned twin cores).
We unfortunately no longer have blue hoses to offer, black and red options only.
good evening, I understand that you also fit the intercoolers to the Abarth 595 and I am hoping you can you please confirm if the lower crash bar is refitted after installation of the intercooler when you install? as section 25. says "refit the bolts to the bumper spacers." as doesn't show the crash lower crash bar being refitted? if it need to be refitted I noted when offering up the lower crash bar it would need to be modified as without modification it would foul the intercooler? also if it is left unfitted would this effect the structural rigidity of the front of the car? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Good morning , the lower crash bar is to remain unfitted , this will not affect the structtural rigidity of the vehicle , in fact the USA varient does not have a lower crash bar from factory.
