Having spent a large amount of time developing a range of performance products for the Abarth 500/595/695 we now able to offer a custom remap to compliment and extract the full potential of our upgraded hardware.
Our stage one and stage two ECU calibration allows power and torque to be increased from Fiats claimed bhp180/250Nm to over 200bhp and 300Nm and 215bhp and 320Nm for stage two.
We also offer tuning on the rest of the Abarth range with the following gains
- Abarth 1.4T 135 BHP 135 - 170BHP + 35BHP and 206 - 300Nm + 94Nm
- Abarth 1.4T 145 BHP 145 - 170BHP + 25BHP and 210 - 300Nm + 90Nm
- Abarth Esse Esse 160BHP 160 - 170BHP + 10BHP and 230 - 300Nm + 70Nm
- Abarth Turismo 160BHP 160 - 170BHP + 10BHP and 230 - 300Nm + 70Nm
- Abarth Pista 160BHP 160 - 170BHP + 10BHP and 230 - 300Nm + 70Nm
- Abarth Scorpioneoro 165BHP 165 - 200BHP + 35BHP and 230 - 300Nm +70Nm

Our fully re-calibrated engine management system, provides significant increases to both power and torque. This customised ECU mapping uses our bespoke software which we has been developed on the road to improve real world driving, more power is produced throughout the rev range improving drivability and offering a broader power band to exploit the superb chassis dynamics of the Abarth.
The service takes around 2 hour and we would need your vehicle at our Gloucester HQ. While your vehicle is in the workshop for ECU software why not take advantage of out technicians and add some of Forge Motorsports UK manufactured performance products to be installed at the same time.
For Stage 2, you will need:
- Exhaust system with sport cat
- Uprated intercooler system
- Uprated air filtration

Mapping takes place at our Gloucester HQ
All of our tuning takes place in house at our Gloucester HQ (GL2 5EU) Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 4.30pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

10 Year Warranty Information
The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited 10 Year Warranty (brakes pads excluded). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

Once a product has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping company, any claims must be made directly with that shipper, however we may be able to assist in some cases.
