Product Description
Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM valve which is prone to failure when the engine has been tuned or had an upgrade to the engine management software. This valve is complete and ready to install with no fitting kit required.
This valve is supplied assembled with our "green" coded spring which is suitable for standard or mildly tuned engines, and also comes with an uprated 'yellow' coded spring.
This valve is suitable for:
- Bentley Continental GT 2003-11
- Ford Focus ST250
- Vauxhall Astra VXR J Type
- Vauxhall Astra 1.6 GTC
- Vauxhall Corsa VXR 1.6 Turbo Z16LER Engine
- Vauxhall/Opel Astra G or H type Z20LET Engine
- Vauxhall Zafira A or B with Z20LET Engine

We recommend servicing your valve every 3 years, or 20,000 miles, whichever comes sooner
Please note: In certain car models the removal of the O.E mounting bolts may be better facilitated by grinding down the short leg of the appropriate Allen key to 10mm long

10 Year Warranty Information
The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited 10 Year Warranty (brakes pads excluded). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

We cannot quote the appropriate spring from a general mapping level references and you will have to determine the running pressure and then select the appropriate spring from the listing seen below.
Green – up to 10psi (supplied off the shelf with this spring installed).
Yellow – 11psi to 16psi (supplied loose with each valve sale).
Blue - 17psi to 22psi.
Red - 23psi to 27 psi.

Running stock you will need the green spring which comes in the valve as standard.
Which orientation is the valve installed in?
There is a machined flat on one edge of the valve which lines up with the discharge for on the valve, both if which must be lined up with the discharge port within the turbo compressor housing.
