This kit contains a range of springs suitable for tuning many Forge Motorsport products. This kit can also be used in combination with our FMDVTUN spring kit for the tuning of our twin piston atmospheric blow off valves. Four springs are included within the kit.
Valve Spring Colour Coding: The weakest spring is GREEN, followed by YELLOW, BLUE, and RED which is the strongest. Depepending on the supplied original fitment, this represents an increase of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% respectively.

The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited 10 Year Warranty (brakes pads excluded). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

Hi ive an 2016 civic type R turbo. The only reason im thinking of upgrading the valve as because off the extra power and the car is now boosting 1.9bar. so my thoughts would be that the factory recirculating valve is too weak. What would your thoughts on this be?
The single most common reason FK2 customers purchase the Forge Motorsport recirculation valve is to hold higher boost in tuned models, typically where customer are experiencing power loss in the lower gears at high revs (motorway driving, experienced as a flat sport when the stock valve spring gives way under rising pressure). The valve is also serviceable, service kits available to purchase off the Forge Motorsport website.

What spring would you recommend in a fmdvk04s for a mk2 focus rs running over 400bhp on a stage 4 map I have currently installed the red spring but was hoping for some reassurance to make sure I chose the correct one.
The springs are related to the boost pressure and I have included the boost range spring listing below.
Green – up to 10psi.
Yellow – 11psi to 16psi.
Blue - 17psi to 22psi.
Red - 23psi to 27 psi.

FMSS114 is the correct spring size specification for the FMDVMK7A (select red from the options menu), and search for the product code FMDVSK (valve service kit page) where the FMDVMK7A service kit can be selected from the options menu.
