To order the correct part, you will need to the know the Forge product code of your valve. This will start with 'FM' and will be located on your original purchase receipt, or on the side of the product box. By servicing your valve/adaptor at regular intervals, you can ensure that your Forge Motorsport product will last a lifetime.
Each service kit varies depending on which product you need it for:
- Valve service kits ONLY contain replacement "O" rings, piston, and grease.
- Blow off adaptor service kits contain ONLY replacement "O" rings and bolts.
- The splitter valve service kit contains a replacement brass piston and spring.
- Valves that have O-rings situated on the piston will not come with a piston as the wear is on the O-rings rather than the piston itself.

10 Year Warranty Information
The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited 10 Year Warranty (brakes pads excluded). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

If you order the bellow service kit and on the drop down menu select FMDV34R (it is the same as FMDV34A) that will have all of the o rings and a spare piston with some grease so you can service your valve and replace the piston.

What option would I use for my MK2 focus ST 225 my valve has a twist off cap. I’m just unsure which option to go with if it helps as a yellow spring.
If you have the blow off valve select FMFOCSTDV from the options menu; otherwise, if you have the recirculation type valve (fixed by 3 bolts to the turbo compressor housing), select FMDVK04S from the options menu (both valves have twist off lids hence the advice for both types we offer for the ST225).
What option would be eligible for the focus st280 recirculated valve?

If you go to the valve service kit website listing, there will be a dropdown menu with all of our valves listed.
You will just need to select your valve in the list, for your valve it will be FMDV33R.
If you place the order, we can get the service kit together and sent out to you.

The correct product code to select from the option drop down menu when on the Forge Motorsport valve service kit product page is FMDVF14A, which is located just under halfway down the options drop down menu; however, the label on the kit package will read FMDVSK-K04A; apologies for not making this clearer in the original answer.

Hello Jack. You will need to select from the dropdown, FMDVBM35 which is the appropriate kit for your valve, which will include 2 of everything for the twin valves.
