Forge Motorsport direct replacement recirculation valve for the Honda Civic Type R 2015. This hand polished valve bolts directly to the turbo in place of the OEM diaphragm type valve. Built in the UK, it features a robust piston design that allows for tuning with interchangeable springs. For those running higher boost pressures after software tuning, this really is a must to ensure that you do not lose boost through the valve.

This product comes assembled with a green spring but is supplied with an additional uprated yellow spring. If you wish to further tune this product to fit the needs of your engine, please see the spring tuning kit below.

Did You Know?
This Forge Motorsport valve relies on an internal spring in order to maintain a seal so that you have boost pressure when it is needed. If the spring is too, weak you lose power. Previously, when an engine was "chipped" or the boost pressure increased, the tuner would need to fit a stronger spring, carefully matched to the increased boost. For those running switchable software programs, there was no perfect solution.
Forge are pleased to offer a fit once and forget solution, the FMIPCV. No more changing springs, turning adjusters, or fine tuning, whilst not knowing if you have done it correctly. This works straight out the box. It will work perfectly on a standard engine, a highly tuned engine, and anywhere in between, without the need to change anything! It does it all by itself, ensuring that you always get the maximum power and perfect drivability.

The majority of Forge Motorsport products come with a limited 10 Year Warranty (brakes pads excluded). All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase to enable us to help you. Failure to supply this proof will result in your claim or enquiry being denied.

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

Hello, If I run higher boost at the top end (1.8bar). Is the yellow one fine? or should I buy the blue one aswell?
Yellow is likley still the best option - we are not aware of any tuned models, including heavily modified Type R models, that require anything stronger than the yellow spring in this replacement recirculation valve.
Hello, My name is Cristi, I am from Romania. My car is a 2015 honda civic type r fk2. These are the mods: a forge intercooler, a rm-motors downpipe(no kat), an injen intake and a forge atmospheric bov. I also have a 372bhp stage2 remap running at 1.6-1.7 boost. I recently purchased a forge recirculating valve because i understand that it does a better job than the atmospheric one, that i have currently installed. My question is: do i also need to purchase the fmipcv too or do i just replace the atmospheric valve with the recirculaing one? Thanks!
Good morning , you do not need to purchase the ipcv , simply swap to the recirculating valve.
