These are the individual springs sold in our FMDVTUN kit. Please select the colour you require using the options above.
Please check the measurements of your spring against those pictured before purchasing
If you are finding that the valve is dumping more than required, or if you are losing boost pressure it is normally an indication that a stronger spring is required. Alternatively, if the valve is failing to dump it may be necessary to install a weaker spring. Please note that fitting a stronger spring into a valve will not increase boost pressure, unless existing pressure is being lost. Failure to allow the valve to operate by installing a spring which is too strong, may cause damage to the turbocharger.
Please also note that the red coded springs should not be installed in the DVR or DV007 diaphragm valves.
Valve Spring color coding: Green - 5-15 PSI (0.35-1.03 Bar), Yellow - 15-23 PSI (1.03-1.59 Bar), Blue - 23-30 PSI (1.59-2.07 Bar), Red - 30 + PSI (2.07 Bar +)

Do not use aggressive (acidic) car cleaning products, particularly traffic film remover solutions or shampoos to clean your intercooler, radiator, or oil cooler. The use of these products can damage Forge Motorsport cooling systems and invalidate your warranty. These are often found at car washes. A light, warm, soapy solution (free of harsh acidic cleaning compounds) should be used to clean you cooler and thoroughly rinsed away. We recommend that you should inspect your product on a regular basis for bent and/or crushed fins. Any bent fins should be carefully straightened to allow ambient air to pass through the core face. At the time of installing your Forge radiator, an approved coolant must be used and added to the coolant system. Be sure you never mix coolant and always use distilled water.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the supplier, failure to follow the supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the supplier’s approval.

I have a Fiesta ST MK 8.5 with Revo stage 1 (along with Airtec crossover pipe and open cone induction, Airtec throttle body elbow, and Milltek GPF back in case it makes a difference to your answer) and the boost gauge on the dash is showing a max of around 22PSI. Does that mean I should stick with the fitted yellow spring with the BoV kit (FMDV35) or use the supplied blue one? It looks like the boost is almost in the middle of the two spring ratings.
Yes please change to the blue spring. Please take care to not dislodge the lid o ring when changing the spring which is located at the top of the main body lid thread at the body to lid underside mating face, ensuring it is properly recessed before replacing the lid.

With fitting the yellow boost spring to the FMDVRMA valve (counter balance springs) does the idle spring need to be changed to yellow also? Megane RS 265.
Not necessarily, only consider changing the smaller idle (product code FMSS114) to a stronger option if you notice rough idle and/or engine stall.
Does this fit the fmdv004 bov aswell ?
Yes, this size spring is a replacement for the FMDV004 main boost spring; the smaller FMDV004 idle spring is available under the the product code FMSS114.

No, the correct spring specification (size) is the part number FMSS114.
Are these direct replacements for the FMDV21 for ZC33S??
Yes the spring specification FMDVSU110 is compatible with the FMDV21 valve for the Suzuki Swift & Vitara (1.0 & 1.4 BoosterJet & Sport) models.
What psi rating is the white spring?
Depending on application this spring should be sufficient to support over 3 bar of boost
I have the FMDVMK7A-8LA Valve and my car is running stage 3, do I use the blue spring that's supplied or do I need the red. If so is this the right one (Product code: FMDVSU110)
Hi Nick, i would try fitting the blue spring and as long as it holds boost and the valve does not leak air on acceleration then it will be fine. for any reason the blue spring is not sufficient then the part number you will need for the red spring would be FMSS114

The outside diameter is 35mm, and the height under no compression is 39mm.
